At an oral dose of 2000 mg/kg/day in rats, maternal toxicity and deaths were being observed with an elevated incidence of early fetal resorption; spontaneous abortions happened in cynomolgus monkeys on the maternally harmful oral dose of 2000 mg/kg/working day; there are no ample and well-controlled
